3 stars for the sandwich but service was a weak 2 stars. I went to Wingstop today after receiving an offer for a free chicken sandwich. They just added this item to their menu- the latest chain to compete in the chicken sandwich war. What's interesting is that it comes in multiple flavors. It's offered in all of the same flavors as their wings. I decided to try their hickory smoke bbq flavor. I had read that this is one of the better sauce options that's not too spicy. I was also looking for one that wasn't dry as I heard the garlic parm one is good but on the drier side. The sandwich was certainly not dry. It was actually a little too saucy for me. If I could give them 0 stars I would this was a horrible experience as soon as I walked in I was told I had to order online because they were not taking in store orders so I placed a order online then about 10 minutes later a lady came in placed a order with the cashier and paid in cash so I was thrown off..then the workers were going off in the back talking about the fryers being broken cursing up a storm talking about I will clock us all the **** out I don't care so I'm thinking they are gonna say they have to refund me nope nothing was said (I guess they started working again) then as the cook it making the food with one hand he is clearly eating chicken with his other hand. We placed an order online and went in for pickup. It was super busy when we went in and the employees greeted us and were polite. I noticed alot of the customers were very combative and kept speaking to the employees in a very rude and ugly manner. It's really a shame to see people working and doing their jobs and being treated poorly and being used as a punching bag for disgruntled customers. They handled all of the crappy attitudes with grace and honestly probably don't get paid enough for dealing with it.

I order 2 family meals to eat innThey gave me one and they took and hour to make the second order. When we get the food the owner told me we couldn’t eat there cause it was too late even though it wasn’t our fault. He was with a lot of actitud. I like the wings but it wasn’t worth it Book a table now

The manager mess up my order and give it to someone else when I ask for my food he yelled at me then all over all I had to wait for like hour and thirty minutes for my food

Asked for plain wings. 20 to be exact. Totally dry and without seasoning. I will not be stopping there again.
