This place has a lot of poor reviews so was a little skeptical but went forward with ordering anyways. I ordered a 100 piece to feed our staff to be delivered at 1130. Not only did the food show up a little early, it was still hot and fresh. Our order was perfectly accurate to the last wing. They used lots of rub and sauce and weren't stingy on it at all. I can't speak to the location or antics that typically take place in the area, but the delivery was perfect. The garlic parmesan and lemon pepper were our favorites. I would happily order delivery again.
First time at Wing Stop! I checked the reviews before going to this location and wasn't sure if I would enjoy it because of the negative feedback, but it was perfect!!!! You can't go off of the reviews all the time. The best thing you can do is try it for yourself. I went when it wasn't busy on a Wednesday after lunch, and it was really yummy. My daughter and I had a good experience here. Staff did a good job ?
I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food at the restaurant. I had a straightforward order of tenders and fries. The staff were quite rude and unfriendly. I will never return to wait that long for fast food. I do not recommend this place. If you do decide to go, make sure to order ahead and be prepared to be patient.
The cook messed up my order twice and refused to refund me and I had both receipts and the food. I brought the food back and the “manager” touched everything then gave it back to me and said she couldn’t do anything. I asked for my money back or a gift card and they refused and instead called the police.

The food was excellent and everything was accurate. However, the soda machine was broken, there was no ice, and the location was quite dirty. The frontline employees were informed about these issues, but they didn't seem to care about making any corrections. Overall, it wasn't worth the visit.
I visited this restaurant yesterday, and the food was clearly made with care. The chicken was well-seasoned, and the voodoo fries were also exceptional.
I love the food here though don't listen to the bad reviews they're just haters the people are great and hard working and that I respect!
