I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich meal and 5 boneless hot wings online. I showed up a few minutes early and saw my order come out on time. A warm welcome from the staff and I was promptly on my way. The chicken sandwich was fine. Good spice and flavor on the fry. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was made, cooked, and frozen in a factory, and refried in the restaurant. Bun, chicken, melted cheese. Not much to it. I took a bite and had to spit it out. The salt level was overwhelmingly high. Everything was drenched in salt, and that's saying a lot coming from someone who tends to add it to nearly everything. The fries were swimming in it, the ranch dressing was loaded with it, and the sandwich was quite dry. This was my first experience at this franchise, and I'm giving it three stars because I realize my expectations were misaligned with what was actually offered. It seems like regulars know exactly what to order, and I can tell that they really have some good options available. The interior was minimalist and clean, and the service was quick and efficient.
Had to stop by and try there chicken sandwich here, it's actually pretty good, you can get any of your favorite flavor from there menu. I had the spicy honey rub flavor and it's fire! Very friendly service, you ask them for sample of the sauce.There's plenty of room for sitting and enjoy watching TV while eating.
I went to this restaurant with my 2-year-old son, who was thirsty. When I requested a glass of water, the server on the afternoon shift (Sunday, March 24, 2023) refused to give it to me. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated better, especially since my purchases contribute to their salary.

The fries were soggy, the boneless wings were overly salty, and they forgot the veggie sticks. I ordered in person and waited 25 minutes for my order, and the waiting area was dirty. I'm definitely not returning to this place.
