I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and Cajun corn, only to observe an employee wearing gloves engage in unsanitary behavior such as scratching his face, digging in his pockets, going outside, and returning without changing his gloves. I had to request that he change his gloves before handling my food. Despite the presence of a food inspector, the employee continued with his unhygienic practices without consequence. I will not be returning to this location.
Food is great whenever you actually get it. Unfortunately this is the closest Wingstop to my house and they are just CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong, then two different times now I have called afterwards to let them know something was wrong and both times they put me on hold for over half an hour. I call back no answer. I have to go drive to the store to even to get them to talk to me. I pay the delivery fee and the tip and I still end of having to drive there to get my order.
Customer service is great. Folks are friendly. My issue is I've ordered the same thing 3x in one week and each time it was incorrect. Please contact the Roswell location if training is needed. I always specify flats and well done and I always get not flats and almost raw chicken. Please help me!! i love wing stop and I live 5 minutes away. Please take the time to read and cook order correctly. Thank you!!
Order at 6:50 and didn’t receive pick up order until 7:50. There was only two people working with a long line of people with online orders. Recieved my order with whole 10 piece missing and 5 piece missing. I know it’s not the workers fault they were overwhelmed but have more people working or something. Had no way to complain except a review.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It seems like everything was disorganized, and maybe the manager doesn't care. The food was not impressive; the wings were very small and not worth the price. I suggest trying the lemon pepper wings from Papa John's instead. They are always delicious and generously seasoned.
Quick service. Marcus was great. Super positive and gave good recommendations. The food was super fresh and the wings were juicy and a good size. Highly recommend if you want a quick bite!
Zel was amazing! She was super nice and went out of her way to make sure nothing was missing from the bag. She deserves a raise for her exceptional service. 10/10, highly recommended.
This location is hands down my favorite Wingstop. The place is super clean and staff is amazing. The vibe is very welcoming from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
