Our drinks arrived without ice, and the restaurant didn’t have the A/C on, which made waiting uncomfortable. They also didn’t announce when the order was ready, so it just sat there unnoticed. The phone at this restaurant is never answered no matter when you call — whether it be in the mornings, afternoons, or especially at night. It seems pointless to even have a phone number listed if they never pick up or let it ring.
I have visited Wingstop many times and have never experienced any issues mentioned in other reviews. The customer service at Wingstop is good, and the waiting time is reasonable. The menu offers a great variety to choose from.
I have had multiple instances where I have been put on hold and forgotten about at this restaurant. Even when I showed up in person once while on hold, the restaurant was not busy and still did not attend to me.

The new chicken sandwich is fantastic! I tried the buffalo flavor, and it was juicy with a soft bun. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially since it's on sale for just $7.99 for the meal.
Stay away, dirty place, service sucks. Managers are rude, they take forever to make your food. They don’t honor deals. This place needs to go or hire new management. They don’t care here.
