I am quite concerned about the level of professionalism at this restaurant. I was put on hold for over 40 minutes, which felt more like a test of my patience rather than an effort to take my order. On another occasion, my calls went unanswered despite multiple attempts, and I got disconnected several times. The least they could do is inform customers when they are busy. I would appreciate it if they communicated that, but the way this situation is handled is far from professional. It only takes a moment to let a customer know it's busy and that they can place their order when ready.
The food is good, but they frequently mess up my order. It's as if they can't read. The last time I ordered the 10-piece meal, I only received 8 wings. This time, I asked for 6 habanero and 4 K-BBQ, and they switched them. I’ve decided to go to a different location from now on.
These wings are a bit too expensive for my liking. And what exactly are boneless chicken wings? They're basically just chicken nuggets! It seems like they take leftover chicken, compress it, coat it in batter, and then fry it. They’re not bad, but I expected more.
Eating is great, but make sure to check your order and bag before you leave the location because they are known to miss one or more items and do not trust the customer when they come back to ask for them.

The wings are small the services is bad the food takes longer than 40 minutes. I don't understand why it's only wings and fries. The store is mostly run by teenagers that drop out of high school.
I really love this Wingstop! They always give me the perfect amount of thigh bites, unlike the Compton location that shortchanges you with a half scoop. I definitely recommend this Wingstop!
I experienced food poisoning after dining here. The food was undercooked and not prepared properly. It was quite unappetizing.
