An accidental discovery. Very nice restaurant in a newly renovated half-timbered house. Good atmosphere and a nice host couple. The menu is clear and yet everyone can find something. The landlady, who is also the waitress, talks about the current specials of the day that are not on the menu. The food was excellent. The starters, tartare from Thurgau beef and the mixed leaf salad with asparagus were a good choice and made us look forward to the main courses, pot roast in port wine sauce and the pike-perch with risotto. Everything was cooked perfectly and in just the right quantity. The dessert rhubarb compote with ice cream and the Bocconcini ice cream pralines were a good ending. Our conclus...
