So my housemate and I ordered takeaway from this place the other day, and we both bought a box (him noodles and me rice), and we shared a veggie sharing box with the starters. I bought the Fuji rice box and was very disappointed to find it had no snow peas in like it says on the menu. I understand that it may be difficult right now because of Covid to get hold of certain ingredients, but if you don 't have something then take that item off the menu to avoid disappointment. I placed an order at 6pm this evening, we requested one of the noodle boxes to have rice noodles as my friend is a celiac. When this arrived (over 30 minutes late!! they were ramen noodles and so she couldn’t eat it, after ringing the restaurant to explain the mix up we were given an apology and told they would send the correct order out straight away, 50 minutes later and the order hadn’t arrived needless to say the rest of us had already eaten our food by this point, we rang the restaurant again and were spoken to in an appalling manner by a female member of staff who raised her voice to say she had sent the driver and then hung up. We order for delivery, rather than visiting the restaurant. We don’t order regularly from here, but on two occasions we received a meat dish instead of the vegetarian version. One was something in the vegetarian bento box (possibly the gyoza), the other was chicken gyoza instead of the vegetarian. We made a complaint on their website and by email and received no reply, which is why I’m now leaving this poor review. Otherwise the food was ok.

Used to love Noodlebox in the early 2010s but it has gone downhill so fast since the glory days. The food is still of a 'decent ' quality but the restaurant has all of the charm of a cold dead pet rabbit. The restaurant is now mostly used as box storage, the welcome is unwelcoming and if you like eating your meal with a hoover in plain sight, you may have found your next favourite restaurant.
Ordered a delivery twice this week- that’s how tasty this place is! Reasonable prices. Good tofu and veg. First delivery was on time (yay! , second delivery was an hour late (noooo! . They do beer! They deliver hot food! Good gluten free options! Just wish they had desserts!
I'm a strict vegetarian of 20+ years. I ordered the Veggie Sweet Box and upon eating the noodles discovered what I thought was tofu was in fact chicken. I'm absolutely livid! Usually a good place but they've failed on the basics!
Chicken came out raw.bad attitude from own when asked to reheat. Chewing gum under tables and strong smell of grease and grime.pls avoid this terrible Place. unprofessional UNCLEAN
