Directly on the beach, it is advisable to have a layer extra for after sunset but the views are beautiful and depending on which table exactly one has, also very enjoyable in less favorable weather. There is a daily menu which offers seasonal special dishes but the regular menu is also great with a real variety. The kids menu is not just the usual burgers but a few more interesting options and they loved being able to nip down and play on the beach between courses. Definitely recommended as a relaxed location for lunch, supper or a generously sized piece of cake sometime in between!
Of course, a visit at wonnemeier also depends a whole piece on the respective weather. so we were not very well served in May 2016. this certainly also affects the laune when visiting this local. but there have also been changes on the terrace so that fewer places are available. Feed and drink were as always very neat. the question of overnight is actually superfluous here, you can't stay here, but the system wants an answer!
This is a good location - especially to watch a nice sunset while enjoying a good glass of wine and great food. Nothing fancy - very basic but good. The view on the ocean and their staff is outstanding and makes this place very special. We visited the place in April on a cold and windy day but we can highly recommend the place. Imagine a spot like this on a sunny , warm day .... Just perfect !
We went their with four friends and had a dinner reservation for sunset with a view at the sea. We ordered the seafood plate for a party of four and were surprised by the amount, quality and freshness. We had lobster, scallops, langostinos and mussels. Everything was very delicious. Definitely to recommend if you don't care to sit in a beach shed.Great evening!!!!

Perfect place to relax. Enjoy dinner with an eye on the sun setting over the water. Good cuisine, great drinks and very relaxed. Make sure you come with some time and enjoy the music in combination witht he view over sand and water. One of the best places in thr country to relax. Also great for a quick snack or a drink when out on the beach for the day.
as were in the october in the wonnemeier and enjoyed the time there. the position is naturally unbeatable and from there to watch the sunset is simply unbelievable. Of course, there's a lot of marketing behind the wonnemeier that's just a very good beach bar.The card offers enough opportunities for everyone. we will be coming back in definitiw.
there is no better place on the island in terms of view and setting. the food is partly spanish and you can ask yourself why? the only decent dish i had so far ( and i have been there often over the years) is the leek /potato soup. booking is essential in peak season.
I have to admit we were lucky with the weather but spending an evening with a beautiful sunset in this place is absolutely unique and the nicest I have so...

The staff is very friendly. You have great views on the water and the various snacks and dishes are fresh and served very swift.
