My favorites were the soup, the eggplant dish, and the cumin beef burger. They were all packed with flavor, fresh, and quite authentic! These dishes truly transported me back to China. The Singapore noodles and the hot and spicy chicken were also impressive. The noodles had a wonderful taste and just the right amount of sweetness, while the chicken was crispy, spicy, and had a nice Sichuan pepper kick.
The only downside was the rouga mo burger. It looked amazing, but it was quite salty—I could only manage to eat a quarter of it.

Even after two years since my last visit, I feel compelled to warn others to avoid this restaurant. To start with, we found a hair in the noodles, which tasted like they were bought from a supermarket. That was just the beginning. The BBQ skewers were microwaved and truly disappointing. I can’t even begin to describe how terrible the roujiamo was—it was the worst I’ve ever had and was also quite small. Don't waste your money here. I saw several online recommendations and ads for this place, which is why I decided to bring my friends with me. I felt so embarrassed for choosing such a poor restaurant!
My sister in law recommended this restaurant. She always recommends authentic chinese food to our family. She knows the real ones and the not so real ones. And once she recommends one we know it's authentic. We had so much food since it's her birthday. We ate a lot and everything was amazing. Some of the foods can be spicy though for people who aren't used to a lot of spice. But for us it was just perfect. Plus since we ordered A lot the owner was nice enough to give a free cold noodle on the house and drinks! We ordered a lot though. They were very accommodating and very good on their service.
I visited this restaurant late Wednesday night with some friends. The place was nearly empty, which I found surprising given the quality of the food. They offer delicious dishes from an unfamiliar region of China that every food lover should experience, particularly the unique, flavorful offerings. The service was a bit blunt, but the dishes were served so quickly that it was easy to overlook this minor issue.

Great noodles, not the best xi'an noodles i have had, but still pretty good. Noodle price is super reasonable, also you get free hot tea. Less than $30 for 3 dishes after tax, can't go wrong with this place.
Excellent cold noodles. Also the twice cooked pig was great. No picture of Sichuan Shuizhu Chicken and Roujiamo. Total great value and good flavors. I'd visit again.
Taste below the par and quite expensive. Not authentic Chinese cuisine at all. Save the money and go to any other Chinese restaurant in Rockville!
Like most reviews, the portion sizes in meats to grain is inconsistent.I got my noodles but the sauce was lacking.
