The kitchen is well 1 or 2 levels above our other experiences on the island. Map of idem wines (Bonnet-Huteau en Muscadet, Lent en Vouvray, ... . Madame is a bit crude of deconforming first but very friendly in reality if you are not only looking for the obsequious character of the service. Lunch in the beautiful garden overlooking the square. Local products, natural wine.
We were very well received by a young woman, while we had not booked and she was already busy. refined cuisine and good wine, all organic, which does not spoil anything.
