Okay I'm a big fanatic on these barbecue places.. I am always searching for places to try and I've tried a lot of barbecue places from Korean - Japanese. This is in my top 3!!!! Excellent service!! Super friendly! And the food is amazing ! I went for the BBQ Buffet instead of the wagayu buffet, because we were still waiting on two other friends so we went with the cheaper option, everything just tasted so fresh, a salad bar was included but there was so much to choose from. Another thing that was a big win for me was the fact that you'd order your buffet from the tablets & the fact that they use charcoal instead of electric cooking. the personal is not friendly. first walk while my man parks the car, gave a bad look and said to wait outside until we all arrived at the same time. male personal English is very bad and not well understand, but act as our fault. We feel like we're worried about him to get us to eat. we spend a lot of money, but doesn't seem like they appreciate, instead of wishing that we eat less and quickly leave for the next customer. do not cover with this restaurant. Seriously will spoil your mood. I don't have one hallo and thank you.
We came to this restaurant on recommendation from a friend. The staff would walk off while we were asking questions, try to clear the table while we were still eating and would forget to bring items we ordered once. We had to pay $1 for replacement grill. no communication between staff meant they came back to do it again when not asked. The food was good. meat was nice although some was not fully defrosted, kaarage was great and drinks were nice. Overall I don’t think we are excited about returning again.
It’s our first time to be here today and the staff didn’t explain properly on how their menu works. I ended up paying too much. Anyway, the food is yummy and will definitely come back. Just be patient and be polite to the first time customers. Thanks!
