With "hummus" in its name, I expected an exceptional hummus experience. Unfortunately, the two flavors I tried left me disappointed, tasting no better than most commercially available hummus, whether organic or not. My friend appreciated the hummus, but I found both flavors overwhelming with garlic and too salty for my sensitive palate. On a positive note, the brown rice and whole wheat pita were excellent. You can add baba ghanoush for an extra charge, but I found it disappointing; the flavor was weak and overly garlicky, and I feared it had gone off.

One standout dish is the baba ganoush, which is absolutely incredible. However, I do wish there were healthier protein options available. When ordering online during the summer, you are required to choose a protein, but unfortunately, the available options for vegans are not the healthiest—just two types of deep-fried falafel and a tofu that isn’t grilled. It would be great to have the option to skip the protein altogether and instead add extra greens, lentils, or perhaps baked chickpeas.
I enjoyed the food a lot and the owner could not have been more nice and friendly. The only drawback I would say is that it can be pricey for what you get. Two people with two smoothies $9 each! was over $50. More than I thought I was going to spend when I first walked in there. Limited indoor seating, but you can sit there. Seemed like most people were doing takeout. For the pricey experience of a falafel bowl, I'm not sure I would repeat.

LOVE the lentil soup! It is the perfect consistency and has a fantastic blend of delicious spices! The juices are delicious too. I highly recommend for healthy on the run.
Good place in Fairfield to eat Mediterranean. Ordered bowl with Yallas special humus, yallas falafel and it was delicious. Also service was good and polite.
