It was amazing!!The eggplant tempura was generously sliced into thick portion and perfectly fried; it wasn’t soggy or undercooked, and super crispy.The cali roll was such a great deal for 8pcs and the rice portion was really big, BUT the rice was just so fluffy and perfectly seasoned that it complimented the rest of the roll.The staff seem like a nice, small family. My wife and I have dined here multiple times, and it wasn't terrible—until one particular night when I should have trusted my instincts and avoided the food. As I was leaving, I saw that the health certification score was 67, which is far from acceptable. Despite my reservations, I went ahead and ate anyway. About 45 minutes later, I started experiencing stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. Needless to say, they've lost a customer, and they were fortunate not to face any legal action.
Room temperature and bland food. Sure everything was there, but everything was lacking. The side of rice was the best part, but I can make that at home. My teriyaki beef was basically soup and barely any teriyaki flavor at all. The miso soup was missing seasoning, and we got a salad which was made with very minimal effort that anyone could make at home.
