Tiny piece of cod compared to other local chip shops which offer bigger portions for better prices. Despite their Uber images showing the Fish accompanied by chips, and despite the majority of these shops offering this as a meal, on arrival there were no chips...included. When I called the shop, this very unhelpful, rude and arrogant person in charge proceeded to tell me how my order did not contain chips. Despite me explaining to him that it’s only logical that he have chips with his cod portion, or at least having that as an add-on option, he simply maintained that my order had no chips added. As a result, we had to order chips separately, and pay delivery fee for UberEats a second time. N...
The food here is ok however, my problem was with the owner. He never has anything nice to say about other local businesses! Every time I come in there's always something being said. Very Unprofessional! Find it quite off putting especially during these times when...we're supposed to be supporting each other which is why I won't be coming back

I've been wanting to try Gete for a while. The chips were soggy, but the batter on the sausage was good. It seemed a bit pricey for the quality of the food we received.

Went here for a takeaway ordered jumbo sausage with fishcake, gravy and chips and chips cheese and beans in trays with buttered roll. All was nice will visit again.
