One of the best Japanese BBQ experiences I 've had in LA. Everything I tried was incredible and memorable. The standouts were the wagyu cuts, each of them with perfect marbling, thinly sliced, perfectly seasoned. We did the double portions of zabuton, rib-shin, ichibo. Honestly it 's hard to choose which was my favorite but I 'm going to go with the zabuton. We also had the beef tongue, oxtail soup, jidori chicken, kalbi short rib, which were all excellent. The Wagyu Toro sashimi was kind of mind blowing because it tasted so similar to actual tuna toro, but was wagyu. This was the first time I 've tried raw meat that wasn 't a carpaccio. We finished the meal off with a complimentary hot tea...

Omakase menu with the meat is great The wagyu was so buttery and as the course went on just got more and more buttery. The sole focus is meat so great for meat lovers.
