Must give a pat on the back to the staff trying to abide by all the different covid restrictions with customers that just wont listen...some walking in without masks and others standing around the bar even when requested to sit as it's now table service...only... Keeping everyone happy must be such a pain....however, allowing outside food to be eaten on the premises, as long as drinks are purchased, is such a good idea...and keeping the tills ringing. Keep up the good work guys... P.S...good value for money drinks a bonus!
We visited here today quite late in the evening and once we decided what everyone was eating we ordered we had a lovely lady on the bar take our order I never got her name but another lady called Donna (maybe a Manager) was so...friendly and a great laugh she was brilliant with the child and the adults. The food was lovely we had burgers and steak meals they were big portions and filling and the puddings were delicious too. I highly recommend visiting here and we will be back next time we're in the area
We come to the Crown very regularly, mainly on the quieter period, so myself and the family can eat and relax. The food has always been good but tonight it was outstanding. Food... Brilliant, Ales..... Brilliant, and the best part of the visit everytime is...the staff... I haven't asked the lady's name, but the one with purple hair is fantastic with out kids and always makes us relaxed!! Keep it up.
Visited over the weekend....where have all the customers gone? Dont blame them for deserting a sinking ship tho! Staff very slow to serve...more interested in chatting to locals and each other! Makes me wonder if this is the slippery, downward slop for this old building,...or did Wetherspoons actually predict it?? Hey ho....wont be returning anytime soon

arrived and lots of people sitting having drinks a bit rough but on checking in the waiter said they are closed. obviously did not want us there. it looks tacky. found out that wetherspoons pulled out. that shows what a rubbish set up they...have. wetherspoons find a good pub and make it great. but i guess they were flogging a dead horse here.
This pub was taken over by the Davenports Pub Chain and has been redecorated and is now called the Port House It's now one of the nicest pubs in Stourport, with a great view over the river. Food is tasty and good value. A wide...range of good Drinks, too.
Called for drinks only and enjoyed what we had. This is one massive pub. There are good views to the river and the staff were friendly. Covid arrangements were good too
Not the most welcoming pub. A very local establishment, with no atmosphere and teenagers asleep at the table trying to recover from a hangover, beer not great either.

Waiting patiently for minutes at empty bar. Two locals turned up at bar shouted their order at bar staff and got served straight away.
Called in sunday and had a Breakfast was really nice and hot with a cup of tea not bad well worth a visit.
