From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As for the thum sapp lao papaya salad, it was inedible. The green papaya seemed wilted, as if it had been prepared more than a day in advance. The excessive amount of fish sauce completely drowned out any other potential flavors.
Regarding the accompaniments: the beef balls were overcooked, dry, and very dense; the pork belly had chewy, unreduced fat and the skin was tough like plastic; and the pickled mustard greens were overly salty, clearly not rinsed properly or should have been finely chopped.

Stopped in today for some good thai food and was blown away. The Pho was amazing. pork egg rolls also amazing. Chicken pad thai was also great. I will be back again next time I am in the area. Gem of a place after eating bbq and fried food for a few days. Fresh, delicious and staff was very friendly and happy to help with our order. ??????????

The food was fantastic! Under new ownership, very nice family, and this is the most authentic Lao food you can find! I got the drunk noodles and they actually do it with the wide noodles, tried other Thai restaurants in the area and all their noodles are too little for drunks. In any case, give this place an attempt! Come on!
As of August 1st, 2022 there is new ownership and I can no longer endorse my review below. 8 months earlier? Hands down the best Thai food in the area!!! The generous portions are always, fresh and flavorful. Service is excellent. No exaggeration, I am here at least once a week and would 100% recommend.
The food here is the most authentic Lao food you have? ll ever have in the triangle area! Family property and sweet family! Great customer service, they will help you eat the right dish! Drunken Nudel and Pad Thai are my going and it's the best since the new property!!
The food was incredible! The pad Thai was fantastic, and the sticky rice had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The papaya salad with sausage and meatballs (Thum Sapp Lao) was outstanding. That sausage was among the most delicious things I've ever tasted!
