I never seek out frozen yogurt (froyo as I 'm not a big fan of the sour, tart or tangy taste. So when my sister mentioned wanting to get some froyo I was not enthused about going. Yogurt Deluxe is located in the Safeway shopping Center on E Castro Valley Blvd to the farthest left of the strip mall. Sister was expecting a self-service type of spot where you pay by the weight. This is a place your order and the person will make your order with toppings you request (additions from nuts, popping boba, fruit, gummies, etc. First visit, I opted for the caramel, fudge and pecan sundae (they have about 12 different sundaes but skipped the fudge....pecans were fresh, the frozen yogurt was the perfect...
Proceed with caution... The owner of this place was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I walked in with a group eager to enjoy some yogurt, but this guy didn’t say a single word even after we had been in the store for 5-10 minutes. I noticed some unique flavors that looked appealing, so I asked him for a sample. You would have thought I challenged him to a fight; he yelled at the top of his lungs, “WE DON'T DO SAMPLES!” I was taken aback and thought, “What the heck?” Luckily, I managed to keep my cool, which is unusual for me since I'm typically the one who gets heated.

I absolutely love this frozen yogurt place! The staff is always friendly whenever I visit. They charge based on the cup size rather than weight, and you can add two toppings for just $1.15. They fill the cup halfway with yogurt, add your toppings in the middle, and then top it off with more yogurt to ensure the toppings stay in place. They're very generous with their servings, and I can't wait to come back soon!
might cry making this. Someone woke up one day and decided to make original tart a flavor and for that i say May whichever religion you believe in To bless you for Eternity. I love original tart. especially from here and the PRICES are so cheap, i'm not sponsored from this company but i should be because when people ask where i'm at, i'm most likely here. I recently tried our Yogurt Deluxe and was not disappointed. What I appreciate are the range of flavors, sizes and how reasonable priced the Froyo is. You pay by the size of the cup you select vs what the weight of it is. The two flavors I got, Ghirardelli chocolate and Cake batter were very tasty. Overall I would come here again, quick service as well.
Loved it. The ice cream was good and my bf had the froyo(which I of course tried too which was great). They have great options to add into the ice cream andfroyo. Looks clean. Cute small place. Definitely coming back.
Awesome flavors and awesome staff! Will definitely be added to our family go to places. The rocky road is soooooo yummy! Place is easy to find and with tons of parking.
Great yogurt, excellent service, and a charming little place! I took my two little ones here after a haircut, and we all had a fantastic time.

I love this yogurt shop. They have the best sundaes, the owner is super nice, generous portions, clean shop and decent prices.
Flavors are rich and serving sizes are generous. Pricing is also good too. Overall, very good quality.
