If your an yolk lover this place is for you. I mean they even put egg in your grilled cheese Sandwich. I had ordered 5 tolled avocado toast with bacon, grilled cheese without the egg and brekkie taco. Washed it all down with citrus hibiscus tea with coconut water. I absolutely love this food truck. The sandwiches are simply indulgent. I've ordered three different sandwiches during my visits, and I can't recall exactly what I had, but they were all fantastic. The only downside is that the truck is only on Broadway in Massapequa sporadically, which makes it tricky to know when I'll get to enjoy their food. I highly recommend this place for their inventive egg sandwiches featuring a variety of toppings. It's truly comfort food at its best!
My husband was in West Islip for our daughter's speech therapy and this truck happened to be at the local brewery he stopped at to grab some to go's for us to try. He grabbed us a burger and the blt, this burger was hands down one of the best burgers even after a long car ride, imagine what it would have been like off the grill even better. Can't wait to have again both items were delish deff give these awesome cooks some support a try!
I ordered two BEC sandwiches, making a few modifications to each, and they were fantastic—definitely a 5-star experience! The only thing I would suggest is ensuring the tapenade and onions are evenly distributed throughout the sandwich, as the flavor in the middle differs quite a bit from the outer edges. With that adjustment, it would be a 10-star breakfast! I’ll definitely be back.

Happening to be looking for a quick breakfast spot and came across Yolked Food Truck, decided to give it a try as up for some good food truck food. However my expectations were blown the food was beyond amazing and presentation was beautiful. Truly a Jen and will be back.
I was referred to this restaurant by a friend, and as someone who truly appreciates high-quality food, I was not disappointed. We hosted over 75 guests, and every single one of them enjoyed their meals! Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place.

The Not Yo Average BEC essentially ruined all other egg sandwiches for me. I'll definitely be going back again (and again)! Delicious, fresh ingredients and wonderful staff.
