With the husband and I, we decided we would sample with a variety of items on the menu, Ckn fried rice Beef yakisoba Katsu ramen Special dynamite roll Every item absolutely smashed our expectations, which were all set pretty high as it was. The rice tasted like fresh hibachi, chicken seared and shredded. The yakisoba was perfectly rich vinegary, a little sweet. The ramen's broth was almost yolky, full of flavor on its own in a way I'd never experienced, with noodles that picked up every tone. The tonkatsu was so rich and fatty. The dynamite roll, wow. It came to us boiling hot, every little bit of sauce caramelized the entire dish. Less of a baked roll, more of like a rich, tangy, sweet cass...
So this place is right across the street from where I work so I decided to check it out. When you first walk in, it feels really empty and dark. It looks like a place that wouldn’t be that great at first. When I was looking up past reviews it said that it was an AYCE place BUT it is NOT! We decided to order the 5 rolls we had intended to order anyways. The waitress did question us if we were going to finish it… (which obviously my coworker and I did! . We were absolutely amazed at how delicious each of the rolls were. It was so delicious! And we were completely full and it was cheaper than I would of thought! We got: Fire fire roll Special Dynamite Roll Spicy Crispy Roll Caterpillar Roll And...
Sashimi, rolls and orange chicken tapas were all excellent. Very friendly staff also gave me a free order of salmon ribs on pickup. I definitely come back.
Couldn't be happier to love the owner and sushi kitchen. Great prices and always the highest quality fish. Make my best to eat when I'm in the area.
