Yume Sushi is a fairly new restaurant located on Victoria Road, Gladesville. I happened to be in the area one night looking for something new so I decided to give it a try. Given the look of the outside and the inside decor I wasn’t expecting much however, I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately when we entered and were seated. The service was friendly and somewhat efficient however we did have to ask for soy sauce to be brought to the table. (Not a big deal, but something small to improve). We decided to eat in a tapas style fashion as the menu offered quite a few of the dishes per piece. I personally love this as you can get a wide variety of the menu. I highly recommend...

Really nice and cozy place. great for a relaxing place to eat. Food was super delicious, ordered some Udon and both Haru Maki and rice net spring rolls. Best spring rolls I've had in so long but they were really small spring rolls for $8 which felt a bit dear, Wish there was more than 4 mini spring rolls for that price or that they were bigger ones. but still.. VERY YUMMY! It made up with the biggest bowl AND BEST bowl of Udon we've had and that was priced perfectly. Don't know why it took me so long to come here but looking forward to eating there again! Yume Sushi has three restaurants, one in North Strathfield, one in Drummoyne and another in Gladesville. My wife and I drop into the Gladesville restaurant every now and again when we need a sushi and sashimi fix. The fish is always fresh and the rice is nicely seasoned. Also on the menu are salads, sushi rolls, noodles, donburis and all the other tasty deep fried stuff such as tempura and karaage. Food is consistently good, portions are very generous and the service has always been welcoming. Yummy.

One of my local favourites! Good value for money in terms of portion size and flavour is certainly there.<br/ <br/ We always get a Don Buri (rice bowl love the Oyako Don (marinated juicy chicken thigh pieces, egg, vegetables and rice , and the Wagyu Beef Don. We are yet to find another Don Buri in Sydney that we enjoy as much as Yume Gladesville’s (we’ve tried looking! .<br/ Crab net spring rolls and Karaage Udon bowl are also some of my favourites.

My Wagyu Beef Don meal was incredibly fulfilling; the tender wagyu strips were accompanied by egg, plentiful vegetables, and rice. Though the prices are on the higher end and the ambiance is not overly luxurious, the food is scrumptious and stands out from typical Japanese cuisine.
Despite its simple exterior, Yume offers delicious Japanese cuisine at a very affordable price. Consistent, unpretentious, and flavorful, Yume has become a favorite for our family. Their bento boxes are a must-try for lunch and the sashimi is always fresh and expertly prepared. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making it a great spot for a fast mid-week meal.
Came here for a casual lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento and it was plenty of food. It was fresh and very tasty. The tempura udon also looked good. You get a 20% discount for paying with cash at lunch time, which makes the price very reasonable. Overall, it is a nice local Japanese restaurant.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is amazing, and the sushi is the freshest I have ever tasted. I come here multiple times a week and the best part is that everything is made to order. They specialize in brown rice, which I love. I cannot recommend this place enough.
