I went last night and ordered food to go, after ordering I waited more than 30 minutes and no one said anything about my order being ready. I finally walked up to the cashier and asked about my order and he was surprised asking what I ordered, I reminded him again, and then he yelled to remind the kitchen staff about my order and told me 2 more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes with no food, I finally went back up to the cashier and this was another guy who questioned me about my name which I repeated several times he was pretty rude and finally asked what I ordered I told him one more time and he hands me my food. To be honest, I have ate here a few times never had an issue I even took the drive woth friends to eat here (we live an hour away)... Today my co workers and myself ordered lunch from here and everything was okayy until i started eating my food. I only ate half and then my stomach started feeling uneasy and got sick, my other co worker started having an upset stomach as well. Its until I really started looking at the food where I realized some of the chicken was not cooked all the way and unfortunately ended up throwing the food away.... Nothing fancy but love the food. We never dine in but for delivery or pick up it is very good food. Generous portions and staff is always friendly for pick up or ordering at the counter and waiting. I wouldn't dine in but some people like it. I rate this place high because of the food. The restaurant is awkward to get to and parking kind of weird but they make up for everything the building lacks with outstanding food. It may be a great place for lunch outside but can't handle large groups at least that is my impression.
The food was great. We are from Richmond and we came to airport to drop family. This car blocked the driveway and we waited 20 minutes for the customer to be found in the restaurant.Food is great again and so was the service, but they need to stop people from parking wrong.We had to leave and drive two hours back to Richmond but this incident got us late. Amazing food and atmosphere!!! Very clean and great staff and customer service . The setting outside is so relaxing and it always remind me with back home .
