I tried out this place because I keep walking by it, but never actually made any effort to order from them. I’ve had bad experiences with smaller burger chains and I didn’t want to risk it here. Decided to try it today and I’m actually very impressed. Everything is clean, albeit for the small space, and their menu is very close to what they have at Five Guys. The cashier was super considerate and careful with my order, and honesty, he’s the reason why I’m writing this review in the first place. Got a double cheeseburger with the works, small fries (which to my surprise, was actually a lot of fries), and a regular soda. The burger tasted phenomenal and just as good as Five Guys, if not better...
The menu offers a variety of unique burger options, making it hard to choose just one. In the end, I opted for the BBQ Bacon burger, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The patty was juicy and packed with flavor, and the blend of BBQ sauce and bacon enhanced the overall taste brilliantly.
I also liked the extensive selection of sides and toppings, which allowed me to customize my meal exactly how I wanted. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the onion rings were a delicious addition to my meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Zburger for anyone seeking a delicious burger and a fun dining experience. The prices are fair, and the portions are generous, making it excellent...
I went today and tried this place for the first time and the customer service they gave was 5/5 my cashier was Bryan he is so kind. He helped me with what I should get for me and my family and was very helpful!! He is very patient and very kind he didn’t disappoint my experience for the first time at z burger and he also told me about the z burger branch how there is also one out in dc. THANKS BRYAN YOU ARE THE BEST ?!! Most definitely will be coming back and also the burgers are awesome lol. Also props to the kitchen workers they did an awesome job at time mangement with the food orders.
If you are looking for great burgers, fries and shakes, then this is the place! We had a wonderful meal and a great experience. The food was great better than 5 Guys, Elevation Burger and, of course, miles above standard fast food. We ordered a small order of French fries and it was massive! And it was all reasonably priced. The shakes which may seem a little pricey are worth every penny. Also, they have two vegetarian options (black bean burger and Impossible). The staff was incredibly solicitous and friendly. This was our first time at Z Burger but we will be regulars. A+!

I went to Z Burger on a Tuesday. The food was very oily and unseasoned. I was very disappointed that I have spent almost $55. I brought a double cheeseburger, 2 chicken sandwich, 2 onion rings, 1french fries and 3 fountain drinks. The costumer service was great they attended to me fast but the food was not worth my $55 dollars. I should have went to a have it your way fast-food place and spend half of that to be disappointed.
Initially, I was really impressed by how great the place looked, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The onion rings were soggy, the hotdog was split and overloaded with every possible sauce, making it quite unappetizing. The food really put a damper on the birthday party lunch. My burger was smashed and stacked awkwardly, and the bun was extremely flat. It bore no resemblance to what was advertised.
When it comes to fast food, it's not too bad. The fries can be good at times, and the burgers are decent. However, the spicy chicken is extremely dry and lacks any real spice. The onion rings are just a greasy mess. Z Burger claims to be award-winning, though I doubt this location was a contender.
The food was not good at all especially for the price. The milkshakes are the only thing I’ll ever get again. Other locations may be better. The workers were all nice.
