my friend and I found this restaurant on the internet and it had good reviews and good comments about eating so we decided to try it. we loved eating and especially liked some of the more creative Indian dishes we do not see in other Indian restaurants. is that there is no beer or wine and we usually like to have a beer when we eat spicy food. I wish it would be closer and I would take it out so I could take it home and have my ice cold beer with it. but try to eat it after eating.
I had a groupon for 20. there were three people on my party. we ordered four samosas, fish, chicken tandoori and spinat that came with naan and rice. we also put an order for garlic naan and chai tee. everything was really good. the server was nice, but she was chewing. she explained that everything was served family style and that each portion could serve one or more. it was a lot with the groupon. I would like to come back to lunch and have the buffet!
we ordered so much to eat that I was sure we had leftovers, but I was surprised that the 6 of us were eating pretty much everything except a quarter of a naan. we order lambs, goats curry, veg biryani, 2 orders of bein and upper leg chicken tandoori, aubergine, huhn karahi, beside order of filled naan, 4 naans and white rice. I want to show how good this place is and two families gave orders for the exit.
the yummiest fangchentikka masala that I had for a long time. the cooks here really know how to cook. I have eaten here with a friend and really enjoyed the meal, especially the chicken ktikka and naan. were generous. I had enough rest to go home. I do not live in the opposite, but if I did, I would order from this place to satisfy my occasional Indian food search. Book a table now
We brought our Indian friend there. He lives in Charlotte., N. Carolina and he said the goat curry was very good. So was the vegetable biryani, the mixed vegetables, the mixed naan basket and the fish masala. Superb dinner and we even had left overs because the portions were so generous.
We very much enjoyed our dinner. The food and service were quite good. We plan to go back. It's a neighborhood gem. You might not realize it at first as it is located in a small outdoor mall. The inside of he restaurant is quite nice.
you sign says they are open, 10 minutes the opening times happen, no one is in the restaurant, the paper sign is close, no one is there. we wanted to look in, no one is there, so we left.
