Although sometimes they give you vaccinated salad portions (which has not happened to me in a while), I have my favorite menu elements that I always like to get or used to eat. For example, mild wings or wings things combo, garden salads or sometimes special items (they Bourbon chicken sandwich they had for a limited time, only yrs before still makes me drool think about it) are usually my go-tos. Now I buy the mild sauce by myself to my own wings at home (bigger portions for less) and it is always delicious. That said, my lunch was excellent. I enjoyed six high-quality white meat chicken fingers, paired with some fantastic French fries, a piece of delicious Texas toast, two packets of their special Zaxby’s sauce, and a large drink with free refills. At around $10, this meal felt like a great value for both quality and quantity, especially for lunch.
The restaurant's atmosphere is very inviting, with solid tables and chairs. The decor features wall hangings that are interesting and engaging, making for a pleasant dining experience while enjoying some tasty chicken. Overall, I’m really glad I had the Zaxby’s experience and I would happily return if the chance arises.

I recently enjoyed a takeout lunch from this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, as the staff were friendly and efficient, also deserving of a 5 rating. Finally, the overall atmosphere of the place was inviting and pleasant, making it a wonderful dining experience, even for takeout. Highly recommend!
Great experience! Patricia deserves to be commended ... she visited her guests and made sure everything was ship shape. We felt very appreciated as guests. We ordered the house salad and fried mushrooms and there was plenty of food for both of us. Ingredients were fresh. Presentation was awesome. Service was speedy and friendly. Cudos to Patricia!

We don't have any Zaxby's near us in the northeast, so we had to try it once on the way back from Florida. This was a great decision as it is now my favorite fast food place due to their decadent garlic bread and excellent chicken sandwiches! I loved everything about this place, ranging from their sweet tea to their fries.
We stopped by for an early lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
We really enjoy Zaxby's, but we do have one issue: ensuring we get the right sauces. We like ranch with some items, but we often end up with Zax sauce instead. Plus, you have to pay $0.25 for a ranch sauce.
The checkout experience was friendly and the menu was great. Our order arrived in about five minutes, and everything looked fresh. The restaurant was also very clean.

Spicy chicken wings were the best. Great customer service on our 1st visit. Staff gave us several sauces to try. We'll be sure to stop again when we're in the area.
Chicken was good however when asking for condiments the lady really did not want to give any of them to us.
