Food isn 't bad but 3x in the past 2 weeks I have gone there to eat and the dining room is closed. Is this a way to run your restaurant? 1st time was 3 days after Hurricane Ian which had zero impact on this area. I called and asked why is the diningroom closed and I was told because of the hurricane. Either the manager cuts employees for a bigger bonus for himself and closesthe dining room or they hire losers who don 't want to work and don 't show up. Dining room is a funny description too. Easily the most incompetent Zaxbys I have ever been to and I LOVE Zaxbys. I feel bad for anyone that chooses this location for their first experience because I promise you it is not this terrible. Zaxbys is amazing and this location does the brand dirty!It doesn?t matter if they are busy or slow they will mess up your order and make you wait even if you?re the only one in thedrive thru. Last time I waited 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru spot and no one followed me. Went there recently andthe inside was closed all together and of course per usual they forgot my sauce and shorted me chicken tenders like the last 3times. First time at Zaxby's and probably my last. Not sure where the manager is for this location, but they are not on top of things. Coming into the restaurant we had to jump over 3 children's bikes that were blocking the door and sidewalk. Only to come insideand find the three middle school aged owners of the bikes having a free for all running through the restaurant. Tossing sugarand plastic silverware, and having a toy gun battle. This continued with no one stopping them and no parents with them.Meanwhile, they lost our order. We had to resubmit our order ... and spend extra time with the 3 hoodlums. I stopped by Zaxby's at 7520 71st St N in Pinellas Park to order some food while working the OneBlood mobile drive across the street at Sam’s. The manager there was really great and respectful. Even though I think it was his lunch break, he handled some issues for me without hesitation. Such an awesome guy! I was concerned about visiting due to the negative reviews, but our experience was positive. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The fries weren't hot but still warm, and the chicken was as good as ever. While the portions have changed because of various factors, they still offered good value.
We went there today, we were asked to pull up because our order would be a few minutes, that's ok. We sat there for 40 minutes, no one ever came out. I sent my husband in, our order was sitting there, we get home and my salad was missing dressing and my fries were cold . I was very mad .
The food wasn’t worth the 20-minute wait. I couldn’t decide if I was more disappointed by how tiny the funnel cake was or how tough it was, especially for $4. Zaxby's should be ashamed for charging high prices for such poor-quality food and service!
I ordered tenders not nuggets.I ordered 6 tenders. Yummy but sad portions. I got more chicken when I ordered 3 last time. I feel like they just cut them in 3rds this time.
