I first off like to say that I was very shocked to find out that this is a fast food place, if you ask me this is not look like a fast food joint, is more than just that, And hope they build more in the PA area. When I walked in, I was greeted by a few people that work here, and was very pleasant and nice. It was like they enjoyed what they did, Looked at everything on the menu. Being the first time took me few min to choose what to get.. I wound up with the Roasted chicken sandwich with roasted peppers and mild provolone cheese, and sautéed spinach parsley Garnish on it. First time here today. While we were looking at the menu Dave came over and introduced himself as the Executive Chef. Dave informed of us the way they cook their meats and let us know that we could mix and match ingredients and that everything was fresh made. I got the pork and cheesesteak mix with pulled pork fries and gravy. Everything was delicious and the gravy was so flavorful. Very clean place and when someone left an employee was right there to cleanup. We will return. Thanks Guys.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meals and the large portion sizes especially considering it 's 'fast food '. You shouldn 't expect your order to be ready as quickly as traditional fast food but the wait is significantly shorter than you might think. I 've also noticed the wait is lessened by using the drive thru versus waiting inside. If dining in, the wait is practically non existent when compared to a more traditional sit down restaurant, Italian or otherwise.

It is a fast food place without the dirty fast food environment, the staff is very friendly and the prices are good. Great place for lunch with friends or go through the ride thru and be on the way. Very clean inside with plenty of seating, and there are tables with the game of cash on it, so enjoy a game while you eat.
Pretty good. The food was very good, not only the typical for a quick stop, a great choice. The staff was friendly and they all seemed to be careful to keep the restaurant clean and tidy. The price was reasonable.
The service was great the employees were very polite and respectful, even though I took forever to order they were extremely patient which I apprecaiated. The food was amazing. I highly recommend!
This was the second time I've gone to Zio Gio's and again it was just as good as the first time. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was great. Will definitely go back!
