I visited today for lunch with my mum and toddler. We were greeted by a very courteous and professional host who provided plenty of crayons and a special menu for my daughter to doodle on. The host even thoughtfully offered to take a quick order for her so we wouldn’t have to wait long for her food, keeping her entertained. Our meals, including hers, arrived promptly. The menu is fantastic and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The other staff members were attentive and friendly. I can't find anything to fault about our visit today; we are really happy with the experience and will definitely return. Thank you!
The dining experience was pleasant, with a decent atmosphere. It's a great option for vegetarians, vegans, meat lovers, and those with food allergies. The service was satisfactory. However, I found the fresh juices didn't quite meet Wagamama's standards, but they are fine if you're looking for something healthy to drink. Prices are average, but can quickly add up to around £75 for a family of four, once you include meals and drinks. Our kids also really enjoyed it!
My mother dressed up for Mother's Day, and we returned the following weekend because we had such a great time. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff is warm and friendly, and the restaurant is a beautiful place to visit. We will definitely go back again, especially to enjoy the many paintings on display.
The food we ordered arrived in under 15 minutes, which was quite impressive, and it was absolutely delicious—exactly what we had hoped for! It truly could not have been a better evening. I will definitely be returning for the tiramisu, as it's the best I've ever had!

We had a wonderful meal and I really like the new express checkout option—it allows customers to avoid waiting for the bill. You can easily add a tip, pay your bill, and be on your way. We enjoyed the Sofia pizza and it was fantastic!
A busy evening at Bluewater Zizzi yet service and food were all top notch. Lovely, friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, and equally lovely family of geese and goslings outside!
The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend trying this Zizzi's.
