we are back on the restaurant path of the road. in the did, after an earlier terrible experience in a zizzi, I had twisted my poor to return as my cucumber sworn by the quality of her food. there was a lot of choice, but I thought I'd take the jump, why not. So a few ten years later I found myself at a zizzi as a chain, I always have my reservation about food quality and consistency. it's just something that plays on my thoughts, how they can manage places wide and wide to make sure they keep on the plan. we received a very warm, friendly greeting and led directly to our table of brand, who gave us together with other workers some great recommendations for eating and drinking. we all chose different food options and everyone was very happy with...their decisions that were well presented and delicious as well as hot. beautiful environment and a great theatre room as it was so close, but the staff was also so efficient without feeling angry. highly recommended to come here. everything was very clean and lots of space between tables to offer a bit private sphere. well made to all team and thanks for such a great service!
Firstly I must say it was on a busy Saturday and I booked a table for Zizzi, the restaurant itself may or may not be to blame. However I booked a table for 8pm with Toptable and recieved a call from the manager half an hour later to advise they were actually fully booked and could not accomodate us until near enough 10pm. Clearly there is, or has been a communication breakdown between Toptable and their clients which will need adressing as I spent a good hour or do after this calling around other venues having to book a table.
had a really good night in Zizzi’s. with friends. we were asked to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. all employees were extremely efficient, friendly profi. mark is a credit for the restaurant. thanks for making our visit pleasant. The food was delicious I can definitely recommend the king prawn linguine.

eating is amazing, but service is terrible. I calculated £4 for a non-alcoholic beer I didn't get. it was calculated £2.95 for pasta wars that are actually marked on the house. prices have risen a lot. meal for 2 was £75. the workers seem. help to avoid actiw or interact.
I know it's a chain, but I love zizzi. they always get good service, there are always great deals and the meat and fish dishes are excellent. I have to admit, I'm a zizzi superfan.
Made a reservation via top table about 2 hours before wishing to dine. When we checked with restaurant we were told that they could not fit us in so unfortunately cannot review :
service is very bad. waiters are very rude and eating is not worth it. we are waiting for exactly 2 hours and 25 minutes for the main course.

Very good service and a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Bright and nicely decorated. Food was good and as expected when ordered.
