I have been a customer of this store for 40 years. Until now it has been a family favorite. On our last visit we noticed signs of decline. The hours have been modified. Staffing is reduced. Items are no longer available or if they are certain things have been removed from them like the noodles which were removed from the Matzo Ball soup. Also it appears that the store now charges an up fee for those who wish to pay by credit card. I have not seen them do that before. My family picks up food from … – show
Proof again that the childern of a very successful business will destory it. Once the best ribs and chicken place to eat now just a half a step above McDonald's. Sad very sad
