We were directed to this restaurant by the municipality of Dolce Bad Nauheim Hotel, and also by a passer-by in front of the restaurant, which confirms the good reputation of this recently opened house. More refined and expensive then the traditional German restaurant, but nevertheless German. We went in without reservation and sat right away. The choice is not huge, but good in mind we are here in a small town on a week night. However, prices are more “market” than the choices in the menu. We had to wait very long for the first course, perhaps because of the extensive group in the back room that had arrived shortly before us. Das Essen war ein Genuss. Wir bedienten uns der Ente, des Schnitzels und der Lammkrone. Das Essen war jeden Cent wert. Die Kellnerin (deren Name Muriel war) hat den Abend abgerundet und hat diesen Abend vollendet. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
