Florian Schäfer better known as the brook of Mayschoß created a fine gem with beer garden. Nice and very accommodating service. The beverage card offers Mayschoßer wines, the prices are fine. The menu is small, there were about 10 dishes to choose from. We've decided to go for pruned scavengers with champ sauce and salad with salmon. The carvings were tastefully quite ok, but we know better in the Ahrtal. For this the salad was really crunchy and fresh, several salad sauces were available. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice, you feel right well. There are smears for the sanitary area.
