We've just arrived in the evening. A friendly waiter welcomed and served us. Here you get still groundy food, even if we chose something light, which was very tasty, due to summer temperatures. The price-performance ratio is top and we like to come back. Please note the opening hours are only possible in the evening, Sunday and Monday rest day) and only cash payment is possible.
We had not reserved ourselves and were nevertheless very friendly received. The house beer was super-lecker and also the food you want to cook at home. Very good meat quality of the Schnitzel, the Roulade very delicate and hearty prepared and the Thüringer potato dumplings really good. Service very attentive if we come back, we would definitely go back to dinner.
I was with my wife on a short holiday in Weimar. By chance, we've bumped into this place. The ambience is very beautiful. The map clearly. The food tasted, the service friendly. Too bad that no card payment was possible. The note in the showcase is not really understandable. You should make it clear that the card payment is not possible.
Just sooo recommended! Food is a dream! We had the luck getting a free place (before booking is worth it) and to taste the delicious food here! Traditional Thüringer beer garden. Local, very tasty beers (Siechn Weizen vom Fass), very nice host. Delicious food great seating in front of the restaurant. I'll be back in a defined way!
Likes: price was low, we (husband and I) ate pork ribs with potatoes and sauerkraut until we couldn't eat more! The beer was good and cold. Dislikes: no dessert, except for ice cream.
