Am Ende eines Tagesausflugs sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant mit Terrasse/Garten in Allensbach gelandet.Das Restaurant Weinbrunnen war eine positive Entdeckung. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet bietet es auch draußen mit Blick auf den Bodensee ein schönes Ambiente um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.Die regionalen Weine sind sehr gut ausgewählt und die Küche bietet eine gut sortierte aber nicht zu überladene Speisenauswahl für den großen und kleinen Hunger.Die Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken entsprechend. Auch die Abstimmung mit Gewürzen und Soßen ist sehr gekonnt. Daher muss man gerade bei gut besuchtem Lokal mit entsprechenden Wartezeiten rechnen.Einziger Wermuthstropfen...
Ein Inhabergeführtes Restaurant mit guter Küche. Regional mit elsässisch/französischem Einschlag. Gute Weinauswahl auch bei offenen Weinen! In Konstanz und Umgebung gibt es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, uns zieht es immer wieder in den Weinbrunnen. Ein gemütliches Fachwerkhaus, das Restaurant bietet nette Sitzecken. Die Wirtin ist immer freundlich, unaufdringlich und professionell. Das gilt für das gesamte Personal im Service. Das Essen schmeckt gut, die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Hunger etwas. This is one of the most fun local restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is old dark beam tavern local, the owners/ staff make you feel like a friend, and the food is very good and reasonable. we ate there two night on a recent trip and enjoyed the experience. Our meal of Spanish pork with Spatzle and Argentine Rump Steak/ Spatzle were both delicious.
Truly well executed cuisine. The menu consists of local favorites that are prepared with great care and fresh ingredients. The dining room, while not my taste in style, offers a coziness that makes the restaurant a destination for couples on a date or families on a night out. I highly recommend this place.
