Came here as I saw it was very busy and I like fast fresh food. I liked that you could see your smoothie and sandwiches being made right in front of you. The price is very reasonable and it is good to visit here if you want fresh food on a budget. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because I had to wait a long time to get service. I sat down for 10 minutes waiting (in an obvious place) and the staff just ignored me (pretended I wasn’t there) the woman working was blatantly ignoring me (it was busy, but still no excuse) Once I got service it was good and fast, my food and drink came fast. Thank you to the young man that served me. Also there was no English menu.
I've been coming to Viva María since I was a kid, and they have consistently delivered one of the best fruit juices and smoothies experiences in the island. Food is also pretty good but it is clearly shaped by the juices : The one thing that keeps me from coming here nor often (and I work just round the corner, so it would be convenient is that the service is frankly slow. Even when the staff greatly outnumber the customers, I feel I am waiting for artificially to long for each step, even to get the menu. The staff is pretty accommodating and kind, which brings a lot to the experience.
