3rd time customer here ?? Here are some notes that I have observed :Every visit has been the same experience : cold no smiles when you enter or warm goodbyes) — today my coffee was just sat on the counter without me being notified that it was mine . The lack or eye contact with customers , neutral expression on the faces of the staff , and even lack of communication from the staff is off putting . No small talk , no sharing more information about their selection because as a new customer I would have loved to hear about the benefits of the teas that they have or even what their personal favorite coffee is …. where is the energy in this place ? The coffee is just ok , maybe it would be better...
ZunZun was not the experience I expected. The flavor of the latte and iced mocha were both very good.The disappointment was first from the lack of roast options. I asked for any dark roast, but none of their dark options were available the day I was there.Then receiving the tiny portions was a shock. They only offer one size for their beverages. My latte was served in a shot glass. The iced mocha was the same amount, but the addition of ice required a tall glass.Very expensive coffee for such small portions.
Such a wonderful place. I go here almost twice a week, and I love every second of it! The employees are the sweetest people, the ambiance of the place is so peaceful, and my drinks are always so yummy! Their sustainable message is also something that draws me back here as well!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is lots of space that make this cafe very wheelchair accessible. There is also a ramp leading to the door that isn’t to steep!Dietary restrictions: There are lots of options for milk!
This place takes pride in coffee, it really shows in their employees and attention to detail. Their espresso is delicious, I haven’t tried any other roasts but when you can drink an espresso or espresso drink plain without sweetener, you know it’s good! Every employee I’ve encountered were super friendly, they all know how to extract an espresso correctly, they all know how to froth for a latte very well, and they’ve fine tuned their latte art pouring skills. Love this place! 10/10

It was just ok. My wife ordered a cold coffee, which was unusually bitter. My London fog tasted very synthetic, maybe they used a syrup for the bergamot flavor? I took the cup to the front on my way out then was asked to bus it to the trolley, which has really tiny lettering about it being for dishes. I don't live here but if I did I probably wouldn't return.
Second time coming to ZunZun and the coffee I got was good, the espresso was done well, as was the cappuccino, both were traditional with the coffee being on the bitter side. The staff were friendly and efficient, the interior is nicely decorated and would be a great place to get some work done or take time to enjoy your beverage.
LOVE this coffee roaster! My best friend and I come here once a month to catch up because it is the perfect place to relax and grab a cup of coffee. The employees are so genuine, the plants everywhere make me feel at peace, and the ZunZuncito is DELICIOUS!
I've literally dreamed about this coffee! Choosing the pourover with the Honduras roast was an excellent decision. It might just be my favorite coffee so far. On top of that, everyone here is so friendly! I absolutely love this place.
