Stopped off whilst on a motorcycle tour of the The place was busy and the food portions looked huge and good. There was a long wait , over minutes but I was okay with that especially if the food was good. I had...ordered a Currywurst, my favourite snack when visiting Germany. Sadly it was not worth the wait being dried out and unpleasant so was very disappointed. I hope given the reviews mine was a one off experience.
We were traveling on our motorbikes from the UK down to Austria and Italy, when we hit Fog and Rain !! we stopped here in the fog to take shelter and get warm, we hit lucky, Gunter the owner was awesome and Mel the lady...that helped us get accommodation here was too. Food was great and accommodation was bit clean and nice big rooms. It was so good we booked into for the way back. great situation and a great host !!
on a bike tour through the b500. the place was busy and the eating portions looked huge and good. there was a long waiting period, over 30 minutes, but I was in order with it, especially when eating was good. I had. a currywurst ordered, my favorite snack at visit in Germany. Unfortunately, it was not worth waiting dried out and unpleasant, so was very disappointed. I hope my reviews were a unique experience.
we travelled on our motorcycles from Britain to Austria and Italy when we met fog and rain! we stayed here in nebel to take protection and get warm, we had luck, gunter the owner was great and mel the dame. who helped us get accommodation here. the food was great and the accommodation was a bit clean and beautiful large rooms. it was so good that we booked for the way back. great situation and a great host! A good and simple meal, with comfortable and typical German food (when we visited, there was also a delicious hamburger available) The place has a very nice decoration, it's a chalet with few tables and few options on the menu. However the food is very...tasty, homemade and the service was very polite. I can only recommend.

The food is basic like sausages, meat balls etc- but all fine. The service is swift and pleasant. Very nice seating outside. Parking within meters and good place for a none fancy quick lunch.
