I found a restaurant, but it was easy to enter, and the atmosphere was good, and the shop people were very friendly, but it was very comfortable, and the food was the best for my stay in Switzerland. Every time I visit the Ilge Restaurant in Twann I really enjoyed the superb food and service of this Restaurant. The hosts are very helpfull and always there also to fullfill special wishes. The fresh fish is superb and I had there the best Chinese...Noodles outside Asia ! The place is great to spend a nice afternoon or evening on the lake shores of the lake of Biel/Bienne. Prices are very moderate for the exellent quality served. Higly recommendend Restaurant I visit regularly when in Twann.

We visited Twann recently and stopped at this wonderful restaurant. In a nutshell the food served was fresh and tasty, the service was efficient and friendly and best of all the price value ratio was very decent. We will definitely come back, if we happen...to be at the lovely Lake of Biel again. P.S. Please order the Beef Filet Steak with fresh farmer vegetables…. Must try!
