"Another vegan option on their menu is the Strawberry Purple Rice, which consists of coconut milk purple rice with crystal jelly, brown sugar jelly, and fresh fruit. This dessert can be served cold, at room temperature, or hot. I chose to have it cold, topped with crushed ice cream. Customers can also request brown sugar syrup for added sweetness. I particularly enjoyed this dessert as it reminded me of coconut cream pudding, with its variety of textures and flavors. I also couldn't resist trying their fresh watermelon slush and brown sugar boba with soy milk, both of which were excellent. It's wonderful to see such a great selection of vegan drinks on their menu, with soy milk as an option for all of their fresh beverages."
