Accommodating towards special requests. My friend has bad acid reflux so we asked for pizza without cheese. Pizza arrived n was still so tasty! Love their pizzas, calamari and pasta! Pasta was freshly made and the duck Ragu was tender. Service wasn't prompt and other tables were served first but floor manager was quick to rectify and serve us promptly. Towards the end of the meal, one of the usual staff Cindy who waited on us served us instead. She's warm and friendly, also very prompt with her service
We have been to this restaurant previously but on this occasion we were very disappointed. Seated right next to the kitchen despite numerous quieter tables available. Entree and wine were not what we had ordered. The special pizza had a very soggy base and two off prawns, the lamb ragu tasted like it had come out of a can. We hope that the restaurant can lift their game and return to their earlier high standards
Getting to know that this restaurant has won the prize of the World Pizza Contest, I didn't hesitate to book this restaurant. The taste deserves to win the prize. I think they use good ingredient, especially cheese. And the restaurant was neat and not noisy, the staff was kind, even the price is reasonable! I was very satisfied
We had pizza and wine. The pizza was great as always and the wine was perfect. The staff serving us was nice. We come here regularly and will continue to come. Easily one of the best pizza places in Melbourne. You can't go past the Frutti di Mare pizza

Not sure what's gone wrong here, possibly the expansion has stretched staffMy last visit just wasn't as great as I remember.
