On November 13, 2022, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cheesesteak, and they completely forgot to add mayo. The fried onions were chopped so finely that they were almost unnoticeable. Instead of placing the lettuce on top, they put it on the bottom, which resulted in wilted leaves. To make matters worse, they used diced tomatoes instead of sliced ones—who does that? Additionally, the meat was dry, and I was overcharged by $2.50. For me, spending $12.50 on such a mediocre sandwich isn't worth it. Jersey Mike's down the street far surpasses this place. They might want to consider hiring more experienced adults for the kitchen rather than the two boys working the...
Great place awesome food but the ONLY reason I couldn 't give this place 5 stars is because it runs smoothly in there when the owner is working. The regular staff mess up a lot, called to have a sandwich made they said ok even asked me if it was for pick up or delivery and when I got there to pick it up they told me the call didn 't go through so they never even made it. It 's a little disappointing when the employees need to be watched over like children. Owner is an awesome guy you know it 's him right away when you walk in.
This review is way past due! After having another amazing bagel today I had to get this review in. Take it from me ppl, born and raised in Brooklyn, these bagels are the best jersey has to offer. Always freshand a great selection! Make sure to get the tuna and cranberry chicken salad, you can tell it's freshly made. All the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my large order. Must stop by!

I visited this restaurant with my mother yesterday, and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a bald gentleman who was very kind. The food was excellent, and they offered a variety of delicious cream cheeses and genuine cookies. I would definitely recommend this place!
I always end up getting free sandwiches from this place because they can never get the order right. It's so frustrating.Make sure you speak extra slow, very clear, and have them repeat the order back. Chances are they'll have to remake the order anyway when you show up.
I frequent this deli as it is close to work. I have had a few hiccups in past but the convenience had me over look them. Disappointed today as I ordered an omelet and the bagel I was supposed to get with it was not included.
