It's gone down hill rapid. I waited over 1 hour 30 mins for a delivery, they said they were a driver down. When food finally arrived, we got told that walk in orders get priority. Food was luke warm, tasteless very salty. Rang complained, they apologised offered 20% off next order if we went back. They should of offered a full refund. We have been going there for a long time had a few bad experiences. A take away is a treat should be enjoyed, you don't get this from here. We won't be going back, there are better Chinese take aways out there. We would NOT recommend After Five.
This place was my go to for Chinese food in Northwich but the place has gone downhill over the last 12 months The food is still very good but they get orders wrong and the customer service when they get something wrong is to blame anybody but themselves I even spoke to the owner and has was also rude and obnoxious. They delivered me the wrong meal and despite me having proof of what I ordered online they would not come out and replace it unless I paid again. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering again
large selection of vegan options for a Chinese takeaway. special vegan (and gf) menus. Obviously it could be even more choice, but it's great to have a Chinese that they know they can get something they like.
amazing good time! the foods were hot, bark meat and ripening were so tender, spring rolls were tasty and different from others, and rice was delicious and fluffy. all around the top!

would be five stars gluten-free menu is simply great. it is rare to get a Chinese gf option. only the thing would not prefer plastic film floors. very friendly staff. well done.
