I 've passed by this place numerous times but it always looked closed (found out today they close at 1:00) so it actually was closed. Had a meeting down the street today and I was early so decided to stop in and grab a donut and coffee when I walked in it was about 6 people sitting around having coffee and 4 of them looked at me as to say what are you doing here I didn 't really care about that I see the coffee counter so I go over keeping my distance in case someone else wants coffee while I 'm deciding which blend I want then a man stands next to me (a regular there) as soon as I get a cup he squeezes in my space to get a cup and pour his coffee I 'm thinking you had time and space why mov...
I visited this establishment at 9:20 in the morning, and I was pleased to find that all the donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. I enjoyed a couple more donuts before I remembered to take pictures for this review. My absolute favorite is the classic old-fashioned donut; it's perfectly soft yet firm in all the right ways. I also ordered a lemon-filled donut, but unfortunately, I didn't snap a photo of it before I indulged. The lemon filling wasn't impressive, but the donut itself was wonderfully fluffy. As for the half-eaten donut in the picture, it was absolutely fantastic.
Best doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches! Great tasting strong old school breakfast diner coffee! Owners are very nice people! Great Customer Service! Came in late one morning and didn't have anymore sprinkle doughnuts for my daughter and they went out of their way to make one for her! Won't forget that ! Thank you! Small little location that has been in Martinez for a long time. They have a large variety of fresh donuts every day and the prices are excellent. If you'd like a cup of coffee and something to drink they have that as well. They also make Breakfast sandwiches. Is can get busy at times but the service is pretty fast!

This charming local donut shop is a delight! We tried the ham, egg, and cheese bagel, which was delicious. Although I didn’t get one, the croissants looked massive! Unfortunately, the last one sold just before we placed our order.
The situation was resolved quickly, but they had damaged the floors. Overall, it was a decent option, especially since it was a weekday morning. Plus, she even gave me some free donuts! I will definitely visit again!
My sister said it was the best donut she ever had, (cinnamon roll) plus she had coffee and I had a great cup of hot decaffeinated coffee. Will go back again.
I like to run from my house super early in the Am and you can smell these donuts a mile away. it is frickin amazing
