Service: When we arrived (after 5pm car was parked in between the two disabled spots. Turns out it belonged to the hospitality manager , who said he had parked there in the morning to unload some things. The car was blocking the only disabled ramp in the parking lot. After a round of golf we wanted to try the 3 for Me $10.99 for appetizer, drink and entree. We don't usually eat at these chain restaurants but it was close by so decided to try it. The reviews for this Chili's in San Leandro's was not that great but figured we try it ourselves. There was 8 of us and we all ordered the $10.99 menu. Appetizers were soup, salad or salsa/chips. It really does very by location. For example we went to Fremont chili yesterday we ordered the mozzarella sticks which came with a huge order of marinara sauce, as you see in the picture, I posted the difference in the cup sizes of marinara, and then this location in San Leandro. Finally we made it back to this Chili's located within the Bayfair Mall and I just wanted to say that everything was spot on, from the appetizers to the main course. The chips and salsa were so good I had to force myself to leave some in the basket.. We ordered two ribeye's with all the fixings. The steaks were cooked to perfection very tender and succulent. As far as the wait time it wasn't very long at all, what I noticed right away was a lot of happy faces. The servers were on their A game! Surprisingly this Chili's was not that bad like the reviews stated lol. We came here around 8pm on a Sunday night with a party of 9. The wait wasn't long and we were seated in a good amount of time, considering how many people were in our party. The waitress we had was very friendly and accommodating. I forgot her name, but she was latinx. I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe burger expecting it to be very small and not like the advertised picture, because I had it before at the Chili's in Concord. However, when it came out, it legit looked like a gourmet burger! The size was big and the burger itself was very juicy! Would come to this location again!
OK wow where do I start? The Dip Trio was absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 if you're a cheese lover or dip lover which I am both. The service was great with Jessica. She was attentive and ready to go! I asked them to mix strawberry and mango for my blended margarita and they did just that it was soooo good although I didn't really feel anything lol, next time I'll add a shot. We also had the chicken bacon quesadillas and the chicken crispers. 10/10. Who are they competing with because they are definitely stepping their game up! I wasn't expecting it to be this good! Bar tender was cool she was doing the best she could working alone But the restaurant was disgustingly filthy Food is mediocre at best Cajun chicken pasta Dry White cheese spinach dip BURNT YUCK Chips were broke Hella tiny pieces of chips not even big enough to dip Lots of places to sit But the tables were dirty with left over food and garbage Tried sitting on the other side of the bar but there was a puddle on the floor It's not a good look when your server has hickies on his neck and is wearing gloves but keep on touching his long hair that is not in a net yet he is serving your food to you Safe serve 101
Went on a busy Saturday I was added to the waitlist and somehow I didn't receive the notification that my table was ready however they were received I did however notice the notification I was taken off because I missed the time period for my table to be held , tam was very understanding and sat me right away so shout out to her I appreciate the courtesy and customer service

My card was charged 172.82 at chili 's Pittsburg. It wasn 't bought by me. Improve your security They have done nothing to resolve it and request I provide a receipt for a dinner that was fraudulently purchased on my card then they say have a great day
