I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I called ahead to place my order just 10 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, my order hadn’t even been entered into the system. I had requested double rice over the phone, but the person I spoke to insisted that the order came with both rice and French fries, and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request. When I finally picked up my order, I discovered that it included both fries and rice. They then tried to take the fries out, which felt unsanitary since several people had already handled my food. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I ordered a buffalo chicken burger, but instead I got a flat piece of chicken covered with two layers of lettuce and soaked in hot sauce. It felt disrespectful and disappointing because this isn’t how a buffalo burger should be served. I’ve ordered from America’s Best Wings before, and this time the quality really let me down.
The cashier was extremely friendly, but unfortunately, the food fell short of my expectations. I even found plastic in my drink, which caused me to discard it. I'm puzzled about how plastic made its way into my fruit punch, especially since the straws are paper. Overall, I do not intend to return.
I ordered a mild 10-piece chicken meal, but the chicken was overcooked and tough, making me feel unwell. When I spoke to the manager, she informed me that they wouldn't issue a refund but could remake my meal. However, I don't think it's worth trying again; it just feels like a waste of money.

The staff were excellent and friendly, making sure my order was correct. The food arrived hot and looked wonderful in the takeout container—it was appetizing even before I left. The seafood was tasty, perfectly seasoned, and very fresh.
I visited today, and when there was a mistake with my order, the owner kindly gave me a 15% discount. The staff were friendly, so I’ll definitely be returning.
