Service has definitely declined . The children working behind the counter were slow, gossiping and inattentive. Waited at least 15 minutes for cold food. The person waiting on me was speaking in ?code? to her coworker and wore a mask incorrectly under her chin. This is expected when you hire unprofessional, inexperienced children. They definitely would benefit from additional customer service training and health and safety training. This is the worst service in recent history. I wish I could give ZERO STARS! The location was at the Hwy 111 restaurant, around 4-4:15 pm on 2-15-21.
The worst 55 hamburger place I ever ate at place was dirty. The that hamburger was burnt tasteless and unappetizing. The place look like it was won by bunch of little high school kids with no management. That used to be my go-to place for a hamburger but not anymore. When I drove up the parking lot was empty on a Sunday afternoon now I know why. The franchise a Highway 55 so look into the establishment. In my opinion the owner does not know how to win a business!
To make matters worse, I saw a waitress plunge her unwashed hand deep into the milkshake mixing cup to scoop something into someone else's drink. I was grateful I hadn't ordered a milkshake myself. I truly can't comprehend how anyone who's dined here would want to return. It seems like everyone's taste buds in this city must have dulled. What a letdown.
We have been patrons since Andys Highway 55 opening in Berkeley mall. We have stuck through an occasional meal cooked not so good as most are good. We ordered takeout from here tonight, and unfortunately, the onion rings were basically uncooked. They also messed up our burgers, and everything was just thrown into parchment paper. To top it off, everything was drenched in grease. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
The food was incredible! I will definitely be coming back. I used to visit this restaurant frequently when it was located in the mall. You all do a fantastic job!

I love these burgers and shakes!! Being raised in Mt Olive I ate at the original Hey 55 as a child!!! My daughter worked at Andys n Berkeley Mall!!!

These guys have it together! Awesome food, great servers, and the friendliest welcome around. Go for the moose or jalapeño jack.
It's decent, but like most American fast food, it doesn't stand out much.
