I grew up eating Angela Mia’s first in East Cleveland so I was excited when they moved to Richmond Heights but it’s a shame that it’s hit or miss at the Richmond Heights location. I picked up a large pizza last night. The bottom of the crust tasted like it had been soaked in water. I had to reheat it in the oven because of course I couldn’t get my money back, which was too much to pay for this subpar pizza, no need in calling to complain because they don’t care. I’m just tired of spending my money here and the pizza is less than average all you see is people playing around in the back the staff is not consistent. I called to place an order. They told me it would be about 35 minutes. I went up there to pick up my order and the young lady says that I did not order. Maybe I ordered at the other Angela Mia. Although I knew that I did notbecause I have never ordered from this Angel Mia because I live right around the corner. I still went to the other Angel and they also had no idea what I was talking about. I will never order food from here. I will spend my money elsewhere.
This is my favorite pizza shop. The pizza is always piping hot and cheesy and it tastes so good. I've never had a problem at this location.
