I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The coffee is excellent and the baristas are professional. One even surprised me by serving a small glass of mineral water with my espresso, which is rare in Australia. I was impressed.
They offer several gluten-free options and serve a delicious bacon and egg roll in the mornings with provolone relish, which is occasionally a guilty pleasure of mine.
I have not tried their lunch menu, but the prices seem reasonable and there is a variety of options to satisfy most tastes. Overall, I believe it is a fantastic establishment in the Gymea area.
Went here for a business lunch last week. Was really surprised to see a South American beverage on the list (Inca Cola) and found out this cafe has Peruvian roots. This is a good thing because Peruvians sure know good food. The food we tried was unanimously delicious. The beef burger I had was actually incredible. So excited to have a place close by with such nice food and excellent service. Well done guys! Look forward to seeing more Peruvian influence and flavours in the future!
Been here for breakfast several times, both times very impressed!Tables and staff are a little hit and miss they need more tables but more importantly more space!My veg breakfast with bacon (haha) was amazing, tasty, filling and made me very happy. My friends ordered the museli and the pancakes both to cries of delight!Good coffee and will be back
Hands down Campos is my favorite coffee. Excellent baristas make a difference too and this place has got them!! We eat here once a month on Sat mornings and although I dont eat my friends food always gets compliments and is highly rated.

Everything is delicious at Apex espresso. The customers are received with a big smile for the beautiful baristas, not like the door beside with a ugly fat men and ugly wife at Portuguese bakery. Apex highly recommended
Great service, table orders would make it more of an experience. The feta and avo smash is to die for with the balsamic glaze. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Will be going back for sure.
Amazing food and exceptional coffee, which I personally can't seem to find any better coffee, as well as friendly staff who always make feel welcome especially as a regular.
I frequent this cafe often. Always find the Coffee to be of high standard with great service. They also have good deals on coffee with banana bread, bacon egg rolls ect
