I ordered takeout and ALISSA’S name was on my receipt. She didn’t prepare the extra sauces I ordered and I was completely missing an item. When I called to speak with a manager she DID NOT do as I requested and said she would get my refund back on said items. I have YET to see a refund ALISSA, I wish I could get my tip back that you probably THOUGHT you deserved.
Our church group of 14 went for lunch. Food was excellent. Prepared and delivered to everyone hot, and all about the same time. Our server, Kenneth, was excellent. He continuously catered to all of our needs. Our group was extremely satisfied with our outing. We will definitely go back. THANK YOU APPLEBEE'S for a very enjoyable lunch outing for our church group.

My ribeye was cooked to perfection! As far as boneless wings go at least toss in the sauce all the way. Service sucked waitress seemed like she didn't really want our table my husband had to ask for refills twice! We overheard another table praising their waitress Ebony I think ? wish we had her! So this particular drink was terrible I took 1 sip it wasn't good in the server inform me we can't take it off since when if it doesn't taste good so no take off no tip simpleSo yall wanna email me to apologize for something that could of been resolved when I was there no go
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a while. My wife and I ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken, and we both highly recommend it. We also tried the Garden Salad, which was great as well. It's definitely worth a visit!
The all-you-can-eat ribs are cooked, not grilled, which was disappointing. The slaw lacked flavor and was reminiscent of plain shredded cabbage. Overall, I was unhappy with both the food and the service.
I visit this place frequently for drinks, and they’re always excellent. However, this was my first time dining in, and let's just say... I think I'll just stick to drinks from now on. Book a table now
We don't have one where I live anymore. But it was great to go there while I was on vacation.
